We are seeking a Principal Architect to lead our architectural design team and create innovative, sustainable, and functional designs for various project types. This role requires creative vision, technical expertise, and experience in leading architectural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for complex projects • Develop innovative design concepts and solutions • Manage and mentor architectural team • Coordinate with engineers and consultants • Present designs to clients and stakeholders • Ensure design quality and compliance • Participate in business development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture • 12-18 years of architectural experience • Licensed Architect preferred • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software • Strong portfolio of completed projects • Knowledge of sustainable design principles • Excellent design and communication skills
